Whilst we recommend that consultations are by appointment, we recognise that in some instances this is not practical, so if your need is urgent please contact us and we will endeavour to fit you in.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may still result in the full consultation fee being charged. This enables us to help as many people as possible.
